  • 2 tablespoons loose-leaf Earl Grey tea (or 2 tea bags)

  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender

  • 2 cups good-quality vanilla ice cream

  • 2 tablespoons honey, or to taste

  • Fresh juice of ½ orange

  • For serving (optional): thin orange slices and a few lavender buds for garnish

Method

Infuse the milk
Warm the milk gently in a small saucepan until it begins to steam, taking care not to let it boil. Create the texture
Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and luxuriously thick.

Pour into chilled glasses and finish with a delicate garnish of fresh orange slices and a light scattering of lavender buds.

Enjoy
Serve immediately and savor the fragrant balance of citrus, tea, and floral notes in this beautifully indulgent milkshake.

Helpful Tips

  • Warm the milk gently and avoid boiling, as excessive heat can affect its texture and delicate flavor.

  • Adjust the honey to suit your preferred level of sweetness.
