  • 240 ml lychee liqueur
  • 120 ml lychee juice
  • 120 ml simple syrup optional
  • 120 ml fresh lime juice

  • 6 lychees peeled and stoned
  • Raspberries optional

Method
 

  1. Bring everything together in a large pitcher, stirring gently until fully combined. Place in the refrigerator and allow the mixture to chill until needed.
  2. When ready to serve, pour a portion into a shaker filled with ice and shake until beautifully cold and lightly aerated.
  3. Strain into chilled martini or coupe glasses, ensuring a smooth, clear pour.
  4. Finish with two lychees in each glass—either resting delicately within or skewered for a more refined presentation.
